• Cart contents — the items in your shopping bag are stored in your browser and are not linked to your identity unless you check out.
• Usage data — basic, non-identifying technical data (like browser type and pages visited) may be collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.

• To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and support
• To let you sign in and view your order history
• To respond to enquiries you send us
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this store. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:

• Stripe — processes payments and stores your payment details securely
• Supabase — hosts our database (accounts, orders) and manages sign-in
• Vercel — hosts this website

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us (see below). If you're in Australia, these rights are consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

6. Data retention

We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet our legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
